The Game Plan for Future Appointments - Green Phase
Due to state-wide quarantines issued by state-specific governors and the United States federal government, Lord and Kees Financial Systems Inc. will be proceeding with both currently scheduled and future appointments online.
The City of Philadelphia is slowly reopening as Pennsylvania has entered the Yellow Phase as of June 5, 2020!
Although it is still safest to continue staying at home, Lord and Kees Financial Systems Inc. understands that certain procedures need to be taken care of in person. The City of Philadelphia is now in Green Phase, as of July 3, 2020.
Our staff is prepared to accommodate the needs of our clients. Please schedule your appointments as normal, through either one of our staff members listed in www.lordandkeesfinancial.com/the-team or through our appointment portal at www.lordandkeesfinancial.com/schedule-an-appointment ! It is important to the Team here at Lord and Kees that every client has a secure, sure-fire line of communication with their assigned agent. Therefore, connection through conference calls, video calls, email, and phone are essential to our quality of service during quarantine | the Yellow Phase Green Phase. Please include all necessary information to our agents so that we can best help you, especially if contact is made outside of office hours!
Lastly, Lord and Kees Financial Systems Inc. will continue business online indefinitely, until the safety of both our clients and our agents are guaranteed through a lift of the quarantine.
Lord and Kees Financial Systems Inc. also currently has the opportunity to safely hold necessary meetings in person. According to the Yellow Phase Green Phase, we are required to proceed with the following guidelines provided by the Department of Public Health. We appreciate everyone's cooperation during any in-person meetings!
- Masks must be worn
- Barriers (sneezeguards) may be necessary
- Isolate customers who might be carrying the virus, preferably at home
- Maintain a minimum 6-10 foot social distance
- Reduce crowding at a 50% capacity limit
- Continue hand washing
- Clean via disinfection of our surfaces
- Communicate with both customers and the Team pertaining to the Green Phase
